Scoop-neck flowy 3/4 sleeve blouse with a ruffle neckline and flowy sleeve with functional cuff.  Sleeve can be blouson with functional grosgrain ribbon at cuff.
Grosgrain ribbon at cuff is tied and tacked for shipping.  Raglan armhole and a center back keyhole with a self covered button and elastic bungee loop for closure.  Pleats and gathers all along neck-seam.  Cuff has an additional elastic loop closure with a slit above. Allover print.  Unlined
