OUR SHIPPING POLICIES

Chel Bella processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekdays after 12PM EST, on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Shipping times may also vary due to the availability of our merchandise.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICIES AND RATES

All domestic Chel Bella packages are shipped via UPS. We offer three shipping options for delivery within the United States. Please allow 1-3 business days after placing your order for processing.

GROUND SHIPPING (5-7 business days)
2ND DAY AIR (2 business days)
NEXT DAY AIR (1 business day)

Arrival time with free shipping is not guaranteed. For a guaranteed arrival time, please purchase one of our upgraded shipping options for an additional charge.



RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Items purchased from chelbella.com are eligible for a full refund if returned within 14

days of purchase.

HOW TO SEND YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE:

1. Email requests to: megan.chelbella@gmail.com  Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. For exchanges, please indicate the desired style/size/color. Once processed, you will receive an email notification of approval with a Return Authorization Form. Please print this form and include it with your return package.

2. Pack your item(s) into a padded shipping bag or box and please send to:

3. Upon our receipt of your return, you will receive an email notification. Your return request will be processed between 5-7 business days. Once approved, unless an exchange has been requested, all refunds will be made in the method of original payment. The value of the merchandise plus any applicable tax will be refunded.

*Please Note Chel Bella will not accept any packages shipped COD.

RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS:

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused and with all original tags attached. Please note the following tips for keeping your items in returnable condition:

Tops and Dresses: Please be careful of make up or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.

EXCEPTIONS:
SHIPPING CHARGES: Shipping charges on expedited orders are non-refundable.
HOLIDAY RETURNS:  During the Holiday season (November 1st – December 25th) we will a ccept your return after 30 days so long as it is received by January 10th.

DAMAGED ITEMS:
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact our customer service immediately at 781.749.1219.
