Chel Bella for Charity

Chel Bella for Charity

Saying thank you matters.

As the mother of two young children, this is a life lesson that's currently part of the dialogue in my home.
This year I celebrated the 10th anniversary of Chel Bella opening in Hingham Square, and I want to say thank you. It had been my dream to open a boutique since I was a little girl growing up in Vermont, a dream that I had been working toward since I took my first job selling clothes at age 14.
I am so grateful for the friends, clients and colleagues who helped me to realize my dream.
As a way of saying thanks, I am launching a series of fashion events called Chel Bella for Charity which will raise money for different community and non profits partners that are dear to me and my clients.
Our first event is a PINK OCTOBER fashion show luncheon at the Square Cafe on Tuesday, October 6.  We will continue with in-store shopping parties, fashion shows and special events.
I'd love to hear from you if there is a non profit close to your heart which you think we should benefit with Chel Bella for Charity.
As this series develops, I'll change the content of this page and update it with news and photos from our special events.
Thank you for your business over these past ten years.
Warm wishes,

We’ve never considered Bruins legend Bobby Orr to be a fashionista, though it’s true he did wear No. 4 like nobody before or since. But there was the NHL Hall of Famer at a fund-raiser hosted by the Hingham boutique Chel Bella. Turns out the shop is owned by Chelsea Orr, his daughter-in-law who’s married to Darren Orr (above). The event at the Square Cafe in Hingham was a charity fashion show for the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. -Boston Globe
